About
I strive to create timeless pieces of jewelry that can be worn for generations to come. Elegant in their simplicity, often incorporating textures found in nature, I believe my jewelry is meant to be loved and worn daily. The patinas and soft finishes created by the wearing of these pieces over time only help to increase the beauty of each piece.
I began making jewelry as a hobby many years ago at a local craft center. It was there that I discovered my love of fabrication and design. In my desire to learn more about the history and craftsmanship of jewelry making, I spent a year in Florence, Italy studying at a jewelry design and technical school. After returning to the States and deciding to establish my own jewelry business, I went on to complete an intensive two year Jewelry Making and Repair Program at the distinguished North Bennet Street School in Boston, MA. Following graduation, I worked for both a jewelry casting company and a contemporary Boston jeweler while honing my own craft and business. In 2013, I returned to my home state of Connecticut to focus on building and expanding my own jewelry line.
While I am proud to offer a wide range of my own designs, I also love working with clients to design their own unique pieces of jewelry from start to finish. A piece of jewelry is often more than just an object of adornment; whether it is a celebration of love, a congratulatory offering, a remembrance of loved ones, or simply a feel good purchase...jewelry is full of sentimental value and I am honored to be a part of each story shared and created with a piece of my jewelry.
