Returns-

Unworn jewelry may be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for store credit. Shipping will not be refunded.

Please contact erin@erindeluca.com for a return authorization before sending back any merchandise.  We are not responsible for any jewelry lost or damaged in the mail, please ship returns in their original packaging and consider shipping via a carrier with tracking.  

Custom jewelry is final sale and non-refundable.

Custom Jewelry-  

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be collected at the start of work, balance is due upon completion and before shipment of the piece.

Custom jewelry generally takes a minimum of 4-6 weeks to complete, please allow adequate time for creation and place orders in a timely manner.

Ring re-sizings can cost between $40-75.  Additionally, some ring designs are unable to be resized, please be sure to provide an accurate ring size to avoid additional costs.

If the use of customer-supplied diamonds, gemstones or metals is requested to reimagine old pieces into new ones, we cannot guarantee the condition of customer-supplied materials and make no warranties regarding gemstones or metals that are not supplied by EDJ. While we take the utmost precautions when handling your personal items, Erin DeLuca Jewelry cannot be held liable for damages to materials provided by the customer.

Warranty-

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece that comes out of the EDJ studios. Your EDJ piece is warranted against failure for two (2) years. *Please note that normal wear and tear, such as worn prongs, scratches, dents, or other damage due to wear, are not covered. If a customer’s piece is serviced by any jeweler other than EDJ, without express written permission, then this warranty becomes null and void.
